At our Pillager facility, we operate eight roof truss lines and three floor truss lines. Our automated roof lines are paired with laser technology to support accuracy and production speed. To stay ahead of builder schedules, we utilize three Retro C component saws, an Auto Omni saw, and an Alpine Linear Saw. For cutting standard webs, we rely on a DeSauw, an IDACO saw, and a Metra Cut saws.

Our in-house delivery fleet is built to handle everything from standard loads to long-span packages and tight jobsites. We operate seven semi tractors with both standard roller trailers and stretch roller trailers for longer loads. For smaller deliveries and hard-to-access sites, we also rely on seven 1-ton and 2-ton pickups with gooseneck trailers.

From an engineering standpoint, we utilize Alpine Engineering Software and connector plates paired with MiTek Structural Connectors. For our engineered wood offerings, we use iStruct to size beams, create I-joist roof and floor packages, and support tall wall systems - helping ensure your package is designed right, built right, and delivered ready to install.
